Brussels Sprouts with Sour Cream

Brussels Sprouts with Sour Cream

Ingredients
  • ½ lb Brussels Sprouts
  • (cut large ones in
  • half lengthwise)
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp. Dill Weed
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Cook Brussels sprouts in boiling water,
  2. uncovered, until barely tender.
  3. Cut cooked sprouts in half and arrange cut
  4. side up in a greased casserole.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over
  6. sprouts.
  7. Bake uncovered at 325°F for 5-10 minutes.
  8. (Could be topped with grated or sliced
  9. cheese if desired.)
