White Chili
Recipe type: Entree
 
White Chili is a crock pot recipe with turkey, onions, peppers and beans.
Ingredients
  • 1.25 lbs turkey, cubed or ground
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup diced green pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 3 cans (15 oz or so) Cannelloni Beans (or any white bean)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Brown the turkey with onion, green pepper, garlic, and oregano and put it in the crackpot.
  2. Add 2 cans beans along with broth, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Let it cook a bit on low.
  4. In the blender, blend the remaining can of beans and add it to the chili.
  5. Cook on low until done.
