Tojásrántotta | Scrambled Eggs
 
Tojásrántotta | Scrambled Eggs is a Hungarian food recipe with sausage, onion, pepper and paprika.
Ingredients
  • 8 eggs
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ lb. smoked sausage, cut into ¼-inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, seeded and cut into rings
  • ½ tsp. paprika
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat eggs lightly. Stir in salt and set aside.
  2. In a large frying pan, fry sausage over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper and cook, stirring, until onion is transparent.
  3. Add egg mixture and cook, breaking up and stirring with a spoon, until eggs are set.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika and serve hot.
