Swiss Chard Jajukh

Swiss Chard Jajukh is an Armenian food recipe for a yogurt and garlic based salad.
Ingredients
  • 2½ cups Swiss chard, chopped
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 tsp. mint leaves, crushed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
  1. Blanch the Swiss chard.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Chill in refrigerator until serving time.
