Soy Mayonnaise
Recipe type: Sauce
 
Soy Mayonnaise is a healthy divine food recipe.
Ingredients
  • ½ c soy milk powder
  • ¾ c water
  • ½ t soy sauce
  • ⅛ t garlic powder
  • 1½ t onion powder
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • ¼ to ½ c oil
Instructions
  1. Mix in blender on slow speed until smooth, all ingredients except lemon juice and oil.
  2. Continue blending and slowly pour in oil. Add enough for mayonnaise to thicken.
  3. Remove from blender and stir in lemon juice.
  4. Chill before serving.
