Sebiche
Recipe type: Entree
 
Sebiche is a Brazilian form of Ceviche.
Ingredients
  • 10 fillet of fish
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 10 lemons
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • ½tsp of salt
Instructions
  1. Chop the fillet in to small pieces and wash it in a strainer.
  2. Squeeze the lemon in a bowl then mix it with the chopped fillet.
  3. Chop the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro and mix them into the fish mixture and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the salt over.
