Scallop Ceviche
Recipe type: Appetizer
 
Scallop Ceviche is a Peruvian food recipe marinated in a lime juice mixture.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Lime Juice
  • ¼ Red Onion, thinly chopped
  • ½ Serrano or Green Chili, seeded and minced
  • ½ cup Tomatoes, chopped, peeled, seeded
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Cayenne Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine the marinade ingredients and mix with scallops.
  2. Refrigerate in marinade for at least one hour.
