Quinoa Breakfast
Recipe type: Entree
 
Quinoa Breakfast is a Peruvian food recipe with milk and cinnamon.
Ingredients
  • 2 c. Quinoa (cereal)
  • 4 c. cold water
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 or 2 pieces cinnamon and clove
  • Sugar to taste
Instructions
  1. Put cold water in a medium pot. Add the cinnamon and clove and bring to a boil.
  2. When it is boiling, add the quinoa and cook for 10 minutes stirring with a wooden spoon constantly.
  3. When you see that it is thick and the quinoa is soft, the cereal is ready.
  4. Add the evaporated milk and sugar to taste.
