Pyttipanna

Pyttipanna is a traditional Swedish food recipe for using leftover meat.
Ingredients
  • 1½ lb diced potatoes (raw or cooked)
  • ½ lb chopped onions
  • ½-1 lb diced meat leftovers
  • olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Saute the chopped onion in some olive oil until golden.
  2. Fry the potato dices in some olive oil until properly cooked (or heat the dices made of cooked potatoes briefly).
  3. Fry the meat dices (or heat the already cooked meat briefly).
  4. Mix potato, onion and meat.
