Pinnekjøtt | Mutton Ribs

Pinnekjøtt | Mutton Ribs is a Norwegian food recipe for slow boiled ribs.
Ingredients
  • slab of ribs, dried
  • birch sticks
Instructions
  1. Cut ribs into pieces and soak in cold water for at least 24 hours.
  2. Put sticks of birch in the bottom of a pot. Add water then add mutton ribs.
  3. Boil slowly for 2-3 hours.
  4. Serve with potatoes and turnips.
