Peach Cream

Peach Cream is a Peruvian food recipe for a sweet cake topped with peaches and cream.
Ingredients
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • ¼ c. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans sliced peaches, drained
  • Pound or angel food cake, sliced
Instructions
  1. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla. Chill to blend flavors then mix with peaches.
  2. Top cake with sour cream mixture.
