Masline Frecate | Olive Paste is a Romanian food recipe to be spread on bread or vegetables.
Ingredients
  • ½ lb. large ripe olives
  • ½ lb. butter
  • pepper, pinch
  • chives, finely minced
  • fennel
  • parsley
Instructions
  1. Pit olives, chop fine and press through a sieve.
  2. Mix well with butter, pepper, chives and fennel and parsley to taste.
  3. Serve cold on bread with radishes and pickles.
