Old-Fashioned Waldorf Salad
Recipe type: Salad
 
Old-Fashioned Waldorf Salad is a divine food recipe with apples, celery and pecans.
Ingredients
  • 5 c apples, chopped, unpeeled
  • 2½ c chopped celery
  • 1¼ c chopped pecans, walnuts or cashews
  • ½ c Soy Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Apple wedges
  • Pecan halves
Instructions
  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; toss gently to coat, and chill 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Spoon salad into a lettuce-lined serving bowl.
  3. Garnish with apple wedges and pecan halves.
