Klubb are a Norwegian food recipe for potato dumplings.
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1⁄2 lb barley flour
  • 1⁄2 lb boiled potatoes, peeled and mashed
  • salt to taste
  • 3 quarts boiling salted water
Instructions
  1. Mix grated potato with flour immediately before the potatoes oxidize.
  2. Mix with mashed potatoes and season.
  3. With moistened hands, roll the potato mixture into balls.
  4. Drop a few at a time into simmering salted water in a wide pot, and cook for approximately 30 minutes. Do not crowd the dumplings. Drain and keep warm while cooking the remaining balls.
  5. Serve with a meat dish.
