Kletskoppen | Lace Cookies

Kletskoppen | Lace Cookies is a Dutch food recipe made with nuts and cinnamon.
  • 750 g butter
  • 2750 g sugar
  • 50 g ground cinnamon
  • 25 g salt
  • 500 ml water
  • 1250 g flour
  • 750 g chopped nuts
  1. Melt the butter and mix with sugar, ground cinnamon, salt and water.
  2. Stir in the floor and carefully add the chopped nuts. Put the dough in the fridge and let it rest for a few hours.
  3. Form little balls of the dough with a spoon and put them on parchment paper.
  4. Press the cookies flat and bake for about 8 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
