Ham and Potatoes
Recipe type: Entree
 
Ham and Potatoes is a slow cooker recipe with cream of mushroom soup.
Ingredients
  • 5 or 6 potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 to 2 cups ham, cubed
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Layer one half of the potatoes, ham, and onions in crackpot. Season with salt and pepper then half of the cheese. Add remaining potatoes, ham, onions and cheese.
  2. Spread undiluted soup evenly over top so air doesn't reach the potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
