Grilled Chicken Thighs
Recipe type: Entree
 
Grilled Chicken Thighs is a Peruvian food recipe with a marinade from soy sauce and condiments.
Ingredients
  • 3 boneless skinless Chicken Thighs
  • ¾ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbs Lime Juice
  • 6 Cloves Garlic, peeled
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • Lemon and Lime slices
Instructions
  1. Combine soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, oil and pepper and marinate chicken for 24 hours.
  2. Drain chicken and grill or broil until cooked through.
  3. Serve with lemon and lime slices.
