Graham Cracker Crust Tartlets
 
Graham Cracker Crust Tartlets is an easy recipe for making small pies.
Ingredients
  • 4 Graham Crackers
  • 2 T sugar
  • 3 T butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Melt butter over low heat on the stove OR in the microwave (about 30 seconds).
  3. Place the graham crackers in a food processor. Chop on high for about 30 seconds creating crumbs.
  4. Using a spoon, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
  5. Press firmly into 2 small tartlet pans.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes or till edges are browned. Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
