Recipe type: Entree
Gehakt Staaf | Meatloaf is a Dutch food recipe for meatloaf rolled in bread dough and baked.
  • 500 g Meat, ground
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Red pepper, chopped
  • 1 Yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1 envelope of gravy mix
  • White bread mix
  • 100 ml Water
  • Cream butter
  • 200 g Graded cheese
  1. Make the bread according to the package the package. Let rise.
  2. Saute the meat, onion and peppers. Mix in the gravy with water and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Roll up the meat mixture in the bread and bake it in the oven until set.
