Frikandellen | Minced Meat Sausage
Recipe type: Entree
 
Frikandellen | Minced Meat Sausage is a Dutch food recipe with spices and onions.
Ingredients
  • 1 kg Meat, ground
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Chili
  • Chicken bullion
  • 2 Large onions, sliced fine
  • 3 Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 4 slices White bread without crusts
Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs with some water.
  2. Shake breadcrumbs on a flat plate.
  3. Mix the meat with herbs and bread then onions. Form the meat into long rods then dip in the egg mixture and then bread crumbs.
  4. Fry in a pan with oil.
