Fried Rice

Fried Rice
Recipe type: Side
 
Fried Rice is a Peruvian food recipe with pork and eggs.
Ingredients
  • 4 cups of rice soaked overnight
  • ½ bunch of green onions, sliced
  • 1 LB. of pork, cubed and fried with soy sauce
  • 4 TBS. of oil
  • 3 eggs scrambled
  • 1 TBS. of soy sauce
  • 1 TBS. of salt
Instructions
  1. Wash the rice and put it in a pan with equal quantities of rice and water. Let the rice boil at a low temperature until it is dried.
  2. In a large frying pan warm up the oil and fry the scrambled eggs. Cut the eggs in chunks and add the pork and cooked rice and mix well.
  3. Season with salt and soy sauce and sprinkle with green onion.
