Cucumber Sauce
 
Cucumber Sauce is a Cambodian food recipe with vinegar.
Ingredients
  • 1 c. cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ½ c. white vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Place sliced cucumbers in a small bowl.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, and salt and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool, uncovered, to room temperature.
  3. Pour sauce over cucumbers immediately before serving.
