Carrot Cake

Carrot Cake is a British food recipe.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • dash of cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 365F.
  2. Beat oil with eggs until mixture becomes smooth. Add sugar, cinnamon, grated carrot, baking soda and well-sifted flour. Knead dough for 30 minutes.
  3. Grease and flour a pan. And bake 45 minutes.
