Brussels Sprouts with Honey and Mustard
 
Ingredients
  • • 500g Leftover Brussels Sprouts
  • • 2 tablespoons Grainy Mustard
  • • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • • 300 ml Vegetable stock or Turkey Stock
Instructions
  1. Place oil or butter in a frying pan.
  2. Cut spouts in half. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the mustard and stock carefully and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat, stir in the honey and serve.
