Brussel Sprouts and Artichokes

  • 10 0z. pkg. frozen brussel sprouts
  • 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. celery salt
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  1. Cook brussel sprouts in ½ cup water-just until tender, drain.
  2. Arrange the brussel sprouts and artichokes in a greased 1 quart casserole.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over vegetables.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
