Bean Salad

Bean Salad is a Venezuelan food recipe with tomatoes and onions.
Ingredients
  • 3 c. canned fava or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 large tomato, chopped and seeded
  • ¾ c. chopped onion
  • ¾ c. corn
  • ¼ c. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss.
  2. Serve chilled.
